Progress Update on the Medford Comprehensive Plan
Agency together with our partners at Innes Associates, Arup, and Karp Strategies have been working with the community of Medford, MA to develop a comprehensive plan that sets forth a thirty-year vision and ten-year action plan for the city. The all-encompassing plan explores issues, concerns, and ideas about land use, housing, economic development, history and culture, open space, public services, and mobility. Extensive community engagement like public meetings, steering committee meetings, in-person events, and our interactive digital map have led us to co-draft a vision statement (to be shared at our third public workshop on March, 16th 2022!).

The City of Medford is making excellent progress promoting open and engaged communication by working with Landau and releasing the “Amending Medford’s Zoning” educational, schoolhouse rock-inspired video. The video helps the public understand the process for zoning amendments in Medford, Massachusetts. Watch it below!
