Intern Systems Thinker: Urban Planner/Designer – Summer 2026
Agency is seeking an urban planning or urban design intern for Summer 2026. Intern projects may range from downtown public realm planning to neighborhood plans to open space system planning. The role will include writing, research, data analysis and GIS mapping, community engagement opportunities, graphic communication/visualization, and storytelling. Strong abilities in GIS and Adobe Creative Suite are preferred. Multilingual fluency is a plus. Agency is a passionate and hands-on team; the internship role will include opportunities to learn and work closely with all team members. Expected duration: June 8 – August 21, 2026.

Intern Place Maker: Landscape Designer – Summer 2026
Agency is seeking an intern landscape designer with strong graphic skills and a passion for the public realm for Summer 2026. We are looking for applicants who love to sketch ideas and visualize them, iterate design alternatives, enjoy working in teams, and want to learn about construction documents. The role will require a commitment to consistent collaboration and communication within our team and our design partners as well as the ability to dig deeply into technical research and problem-solving. Strong abilities in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital modeling are required. Agency is a passionate and hands-on team; the internship role will include opportunities to learn and work closely with all team members. Expected duration: June 8 – August 21, 2026.

Site Builder: Landscape Architect/Designer – Mid-Level (Cambridge, MA)
We seek a landscape designer or landscape architect with strong technical skills and a passion for the public realm. We are looking for applicants who are organized and detail-oriented, who love to sketch ideas, iterate design alternatives, and enjoy working in teams. Specifically, we are searching for an individual with 4-6 years of experience developing construction documents and participating in construction administration. The role will require a commitment to consistent collaboration and communication within our team and our design partners as well as the ability to dig deeply into technical research and problem-solving. Strong abilities in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and digital modeling are required. Licensure and/or fluency in Revit are a bonus.
