“The Land” Celebrates the River
We are excited to announce that we are supporting our colleagues at OHM Advisors – along with a talented team of technical experts – on Cleveland’s upcoming Vision for the Valley.
For over 200 years, the Cuyahoga River Valley has been Cleveland’s central corridor of commerce promoting industry and economic growth. Today, with the recent expansion of nearby parks and trails as well as new mixed-use developments, the valley is changing as more residents and visitors are drawn to the river. The vision plan represents an opportunity to imagine new places for central gathering and recreation for all Clevelanders that will connect east and west neighborhoods and promote ecological health while still balancing commercial needs.
The design team also includes City Architecture, Guide Studio, Synergy, and TranSystems.
