“The roots of the Black community in Portland run beyond Oregon’s statehood. Over 160 years later, we’re still here and looking towards the future. There are big questions about what it might look like, how we get there, and who gets to participate. Let’s get into it.”
We welcome you to join us for the third and last of this series of Albina workshops! We will be discussing possibilities for the physical site and scenarios of wealth generation through various lenses. In the two workshops we held last week, community members have shared amazingly candid and constructive feedback. Please join us and share your thoughts before we dive into the final envision phase!
