Gina Ford talks “Designing for Resilience, Equity and Democracy” at the University of Guelph

Gina Ford spoke about the challenges and opportunities of designing public space for resilience, equity and democracy at the University of Guelph. Sponsored by the Ontario Association of Landscape Architects and part of the School of Environmental Design and Rural Development’s Landscape Architecture Guest Lecture Series, the talk was be held on Wednesday, January 17th, 2018 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Landscape Architecture Pit. The lively community discussion focused on the relationship between community engagement and landscape curriculum, the benefits of interdisciplinary practice and the trials and tribulations of social media.
