Big Welcome to Our Newest Urban Planner, Brett Merriam!
We are pleased to welcome Brett to the team as Agency’s newest Urban Planner!
Brett Merriam is an urban planner whose work sits at the intersection of open space design and equitable community development. With a background in placemaking and public realm management, his recent projects mesh together inclusive open spaces with economic change for local neighborhoods. Committed to community-driven planning, Brett uses visual storytelling, map-making, data analysis, and public engagement to build actionable and accountable plans. Brett holds a Master in Urban Planning with distinction from Harvard Graduate School of Design, and enjoys making music and documentaries about space.
