Belles’ Play Garden Celebrates Its Grand Opening
On June 26, we celebrated in-person the grand opening of Belles’ Play Garden at Tom Hanafan River’s Edge Park!
With elements inspired by the Missouri River ecosystem, Belles’ Play Garden features a 13-ft. pelican, climbing cattails and sedges, and a balancing panfish and white bass, with views of the Omaha skyline and Missouri River banks. The celebration included outdoor games + inflatables, Disney princesses + Marvel characters, an Imagination Movers concert, and an outdoor movie at the River’s Edge Park tilted lawn.
Belle’s Play Garden (at River’s Edge Park) is a partnership between The Go Play Initiative, SINC, Back to the River Inc., MONSTRUM, and Agency Landscape + Planning. A big congratulations to the whole team!
