Agency Welcomes Jalen Price – Agent for a Week

This week we are delighted to be hosting Jalen Price, a Master of Architecture candidate at Drury University, for a week long externship with our office!

Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Jalen is motivated in his studies by a passion for design’s potential to benefit vulnerable populations.  He believes in architecture’s capacity and responsibility to benefit the people who occupy it.  His recent experience in Drury’s Community Design Studio, focused on small cities and towns in Southwest Missouri, has expanded his interests to include community engagement, public process and design at the urban scale.

During his time at Agency, he is excited to observe and interrogate the differences between landscape planning processes and his experience with more traditional architectural design ideation. On our part, we are thrilled to welcome him into our practice and the larger design community here in Boston.
