Agency welcomes Rhiannon Sinclair to the practice!
Rhiannon Sinclair is an urban planner with a background in architecture and sustainability. Rhiannon received a Masters degree in City and Regional Planning from the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.Arch from Philadelphia University. She has considerable experience communicating information to broad audiences to promote strong community exchange and empowerment within a planning process.
In her work, she finds that the role of this type of exchange and master plan facilitation contribute to plans that are visionary, comprehensive, and implementable. At Agency, Rhiannon is currently working on the Greensboro Plan2Play Parks and Recreation Master Plan and Denver’s High Line Canal Framework Plan and will be managing the Central Indiana White River Strategic Plan.
