2019 in the Classroom

We’re excited to share that 2019 brings Brie back to the Harvard Graduate School of Design as a design critic for the second-year Master of Urban Planning (MUP) studio this spring. Based in Lowell, the studio is focused on the evaluation and strategic re-conception of three urban renewal sites in a mill-town steeped in history. Brie’s role in the MUP program builds on her ongoing position in the year-long Executive Education Advanced Management Development Program in Real Estate program. This summer, Brie is also teaching a two-day, interactive executive education course titled “Master Planning the Resilient City” – you can join this course and learn more online!

All three academic engagements give Brie the chance to work with students to explore ideas that link back closely to Agency’s practice and interests in understanding and reconsidering the future of changing cities and communities. It further enables Agency to live one of its core beliefs – that the future of practice requires collaboration and institutional engagement for continued learning and innovation!
